Shmuel is one of Israel’s preservation pioneers. He started his career as a partner at G. Kertes and S. Groeg Architects and led some of the top preservation projects in the country, including development & preservation of Zikhron Yaakov, preservation of Mishkanot Shaananim and Yemin Moshe, preservation plans for Gedera, Petah –Tikva and Mazkeret Batya , designing the entrance and the Youth Hostel at Messada.
Shmuel is also the Head of preservation department at Bezalel’s Academy and MBA teacher at the preservation studies in the Technion.
